    About the Job:

    We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Security Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Security Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our cloud-based systems and infrastructure. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the protection of sensitive data and assets.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, implement, and maintain security controls and measures for cloud-based environments, including infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and software as a service (SaaS) solutions.
    • Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement in cloud infrastructure and applications.
    • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to detect and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and operations, to implement security solutions and address security-related issues.
    • Stay updated on emerging threats and vulnerabilities in cloud computing environments and recommend appropriate security controls and countermeasures.
    • Provide guidance and support to technical teams on security best practices and principles.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud security engineering or a related role.
    • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures, including public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.
    • Proficiency in cloud security technologies and tools, such as identity and access management (IAM), encryption, network security, and security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
    • Experience with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess and mitigate security risks effectively.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
