    About the Job:

    We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Compliance Lead to join our team. As an IT Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that our IT systems and processes comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.     Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement IT compliance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT systems, processes, and controls to identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and risk management, to develop and maintain compliance frameworks and programs.
    • Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to IT compliance, and incorporate them into our compliance programs.
    • Provide guidance and support to IT teams and stakeholders on compliance-related matters, including interpreting regulations and standards and implementing compliance controls.
    • Monitor and track compliance-related activities and initiatives, and report on compliance status and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Lead and coordinate external audits and assessments by regulatory agencies and third-party auditors, and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of findings.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT compliance, risk management, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI DSS.
    • Experience developing and implementing IT compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify compliance risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
    • Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or CISM are a plus.
