    About the Job:

    We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Conflict Risk Analyst to join our team. As a Junior Conflict Risk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our conflict risk assessment efforts, helping to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with our business operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in conflict risk analysis and contribute to our organization’s efforts to promote responsible business practices.


    • Conduct research and analysis to identify potential conflict risks associated with our business operations, including supply chain activities, business partnerships, and geographic locations.
    • Monitor and assess global geopolitical and socio-economic trends, events, and developments that may impact our operations and business interests.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of conflict risk assessment methodologies and frameworks, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and sustainability, to integrate conflict risk considerations into our business processes and decision-making.
    • Support the preparation of risk assessment reports, presentations, and other materials for internal stakeholders and external partners.
    • Assist in the implementation of risk mitigation measures and strategies to address identified conflict risks and improve our risk management practices.
    • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry initiatives related to conflict minerals, human rights, and responsible sourcing, and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, Business, or a related field.
    • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze information from diverse sources and draw actionable insights.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and findings to diverse audiences.
    • Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
