    About the Job:

    We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Education Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Education Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and delivering educational content and training programs to our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by empowering our customers with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and deliver educational content and training programs to our customers, including online courses, webinars, workshops, and documentation.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment of educational content with product features and customer needs.
    • Identify customer training needs and develop customized training plans to address them.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on our products and industry best practices, providing guidance and support to customers as needed.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through feedback analysis and performance metrics, and make continuous improvements to enhance the learning experience.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate into educational content and training programs.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for their ongoing learning and development needs.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer education, training, or instructional design.
    • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
    • Experience developing educational content and training materials, including written documentation, presentations, and multimedia resources.
    • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    • Customer-centric mindset and a passion for helping others succeed.
