    About the Job:

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Product Designer to join our innovative team. As the Lead Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design efforts for our products and ensuring that our user experiences are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with our brand and business objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of designers and make a significant impact on the success of our products.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring that designs are user-centric, cohesive, and aligned with business goals.
    • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and constraints.
    • Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
    • Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
    • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
    • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications, considering both functionality and aesthetics.
    • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, gather feedback, and incorporate it into design iterations.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools, and advocate for their adoption to improve our design processes and outcomes.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
    • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
    • Experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers.
