About the Job:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and innovative Staff Product Researcher to join our team. As a Staff Product Researcher, you will play a critical role in driving product development initiatives through in-depth research and analysis. Responsibilities:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
• Design and execute research studies, including surveys, interviews, usability tests, and competitive analyses.
• Analyze research findings and distill insights to inform product strategy and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and engineering, to prioritize research initiatives and incorporate findings into product development processes.
• Champion a user-centered approach to product development, advocating for the needs and preferences of our customers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform research methodologies and best practices.
• Mentor junior researchers and provide guidance and support as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product research, user experience research, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in research methodologies, including both qualitative and quantitative techniques.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience with research tools and software, such as survey platforms, usability testing tools, and data analysis software.
